Located in the Seattle Chinatown International District of Seattle, this project was the renovation of the former Goon Dip Building (1911). Known today as the Milwaukee Hotel, the renovated building provides street level retail space, basement parking, and 120 affordable workforce apartments. The building was renovated to Secretary of Interior Standards for Historic Preservation and utilized the 20% Historic Preservation Tax Credit program, administered by the National Park Service.
Architectural services included preparation of historic tax credit application, Parts 1, 2 and 3.
