Marjorie Terrace is the renovation of the former Marcus Whitman Apartments, a 50 unit, 1960 apartment complex.  The renovated complex includes 49 one-bedroom apartments, a two-bedroom manager’s unit, a common room, and a laundry room.  The total renovation of the buildings included new pitched roofs, Hardiplank siding, insulated windows, new kitchens and new interior finishes.  New electrical systems and high efficiency heat pump AC systems were also installed in each unit.
