Located at Seattle’s Magnuson Park, the 4,000 square foot center is a gathering place for the residential units that surround it. Within the building there are three large multi-purpose areas, a kitchen, two offices, and a laundry facility. As a means to offset the electrical consumption, 52 solar panels were integrated into the roof design for a total of 11 kilowatts of natural energy that is net metered back to the grid.
