The Julie Apartments’ renovation was the revitalization of a five-story, concrete and masonry historic Seattle hotel to provide 47 units of low income housing on the upper levels and the “Urban Rest Stop” on the main level. The Urban Rest Stop provides public restrooms, showers and laundry facilities to homeless and low income individuals. The Julie Apartments were renovated to Secretary of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation
